Shipping Policy — Beirut Perfume Studio

Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• UK  2–4 business days

• EU shipping: 2–11 business days

• International Shipping: 3-17 Business days 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal delays or customs processing.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers such as Royal Mail, EVRI to ensure safe delivery of your order.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to international shipping regulations on perfumes (alcohol-based liquids), certain destinations may be restricted.
If we are unable to ship to your address, we’ll notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

Order Issues & Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at care@beirutperfumestudio.com with your order number.
We’ll investigate with the carrier and provide an update as soon as possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country.
Beirut Perfume Studio is not responsible for these charges, they are the customer’s responsibility.
