  • We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. Products must be in excellent condition in the original packaging.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    To return your product, you should send an email to care@beirutperfumestudio.com for instructions on how to proceed. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Delivered within 1-2 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 24

    For International deliveries check your email for any updates and tracking.

  • Send an email to care@beirutperfumestudio.com stating your order number. After your cancellation is processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
